Dear colleagues,
These are important news to enrich our training for political advocacy.
Today begins the 2020 edition of the High Level Political Forum (https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/hlpf/2020 ) (HLPF), the main mechanism for reviewing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which will take place essentially virtual - and can be followed live on the United Nations WebTv link http://webtv.un.org/
The official program is available day by day at https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/hlpf/2020#programme and in the first week the so-called general debate on the SDGs takes place and then the National Voluntary Reviews of the countries begin.
Although this year SDG 4 is not directly reviewed, some forums, with which OMEP has a relationship, have prepared reports and / or social media strategies to share on the occasion and various parallel virtual events in the next two weeks.
